Sam Glawe – Project Manager
From consulting and conceptualizing with clients during the creative process to providing complete themed entertainment and environment solutions as the end result, Sam specializes in defining vision, brand development and value engineering. He is also adept at recognizing budgetary constraints, developmental requirements and defining project obstacles from a projects’ inception so that customer expectations are clearly met and satisfied.
Sam began his career working with Franklin Templeton Investments as a Pricing Analyst and gained valuable experience in problem resolution, creating cost saving alternatives and reprogramming software formats. Sam has traveled around the world managing and completing international installations of custom themed environments. He is driven by superior customer service, support and delivering top quality custom products.
Scott Glawe – Lead Fabricator
Scott started in fabrication in the mid 90’s. During his first four years he headed up the fabrication and installation of displays for various trade shows, corporate theme parties, incentive meetings and sporting events. Scott was recruited to join a custom design studio as head of fabrication. Over the next six years Scott built just about anything you can draw on a cocktail napkin. He turned two-dimensional ideas into three-dimensional reality.
His repertoire includes all aspects of custom design and fabrication – commercial and residential. Scott started Artistic Contractors, Inc. with one overriding goal, “Delivery of quality work at a price people can afford.”
Rick Glawe – President
As a 30 year sales, marketing and business development executive, Rick brings an extensive acumen and proven history of success from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Areas of expertise consist of comprehensive personal trust and investment advice and superior service to individual, corporate and institutional investors, cultivating long-term client relationships and business strategy processes which yield significant, consistent and measurable results.
He is a dedicated family man and business professional and has served on a number of Christian Leadership Councils, non-profit boards in addition to memberships with the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA), Themed Environment Association (TEA) and Florida Attractions Association. Rick draws upon a significant contact network to assist in bringing dreams to development, visions to viability and good ideas to great guest experiences.
